There are plenty of great spots for fishing-whether from the rocks, surf, river, or fishing boat. Silver Beach is equipped with a launch facility at the Marlin Ski Boat Club. Be sure to visit the São João Portuguese Monument, located at the main beach, as it stands to remember the souls that were lost in 1552 when a Portuguese ship was wrecked on the shores of Port Edward.
Our lodge boasts 38 stylish and well-equipped self-catering units, (able to sleep 117 guests), consisting of two, four and seven sleeper units, where you can kick back and relax in comfort. Our tuck shop is stocked with snacks, cold drinks, wood, firelighters, and much more for your convenience. Rest assured, our friendly staff are always on hand to assist with any of your needs, and your unit will be serviced daily to guarantee maximum comfort and relaxation. Not only do we provide clean water sourced from our borehole, but we also offer the convenience of ample water holding tanks for a constant supply. In addition, we provide gas for cooking and emergency lighting to ensure your stay is both comfortable and secure.
